Plastic Dreams

When creating a series of 'Plastic Dreams'—drawings made with plastic and markers—I play with repetitions of human figures and body parts. By layering and overlapping, I shape my own little story, infused with movement and transformation.

The title refers to an instrumental song by Jaydee and the idea of not living your true life. In this ungoing series, I return to the way I created these drawings during the final year of my art studies. I pick up where I left off, starting a new chapter in which I allow myself to simply be.
